The location is superb, with the bus stop for tours just across the street. I also appreciated the food market nearby. It made getting snacks easy. The staff were responsive and let me check in early, really convenient. I found a water kettle and a fridge in my room. That was useful.

The hotel sits right across from the airport shuttle stop and a quick walk from the harbor. The staff helped when I needed to extend my stay another day. The price was also affordable. I enjoyed the handy kitchen access.

The toilets were often occupied. More bathrooms would be helpful.

The location was excellent. I could easily access everything! The staff was very kind, helpful, and easy to work with when I had schedule changes.

The room was not serviced at all. They only replaced the used coffee sachets. The mugs and glasses were not cleaned. No new towels were provided.
